Updates On Pups From Their New Owners
Thanks to all of you new puppy owners that sent updates to me to let me know how you and your new family members are doing! I appreciate you taking the time to do this. I wish you and your new labbie pal the best of luck and a long and happy life together! Keep in touch! Michelle

"Latte" bottom

Hi Michelle: Latte is doing great! We just got back from a trip to South Dakota to visit family, and she played with a few kids and we went hiking by a river in the hills. She is getting along with Choco great. Mocha has never been around small dogs so she just ignores her for the most part, but I'm sure when she gets bigger they will play. She knows how to sit, and she is close to being house broken.. but not quite yet. Let's see, what else, she sleeps with us at night; and I put her in a kennel when we leave and she is finally getting used to that. She is always watching what the big dogs do and tries to run and play with them, but sometimes I hold her back so they won't trample her. She is sleeping by my feet right now!! :-) ... and she likes to sleep on my lap sometimes. She's definitely a cutie. She is fitting right in! I will send you more photos as I take them.. Talk soon, Darla

"Bella"

We have a name for her, its Bella. Mia is cute, she is following her around and lets Bella sit on her. I will up load a few pictures in the next few days and send them off to you of the two of them. Bella was really calm and sleepy on the way home and when we got home she showed her sassy side. She was barking and running around with toys. It was really cute. Mia tried to play with her but couldn't duck under the table like she could. She is a cutie. Thank you.
Additional updates Sent Sep. 7th on "Happy Faces" now "Bella"
Thank you for my little girl. I am so happy to have her. My other lab (Mia) and my new little puppy (Bella) are great together. She is a beautiful little spoiled lab. I have had so many complements on what a great looking lab she is and she is only 3 months old.
Thank you again.
October 6, 2005
Bell, Mia and I have been going to the park and the lake a lot in the past few weeks. Little Bell is a swimmer and follows Mia in the water after toys. We were at the lake this past weekend and Bella got tired before any of us did so she sat on the towel and waited patiently for about 3 minutes. We kept throwing a ball for Mia and finally Bell got up, took the ball from Mia and walked away with it towards the car. I guess Bella was ready to go home. It was really funny.

"Bernice" left

Hi Michelle! Bernice (a.k.a Zebra Stripe Girl) is doing wonderful. The first few days with Maynard (big brother) was a bit rough. He was very jealous and didn't want anything to do with her. He'd lay down and she would come lay next to him, he'd get up and move, she'd move with him. He didn't even want to make eye contact with her. Bernice however was eager to become his new best-friend. In her loving and very persistent (slightly stubborn) way follows Maynard everywhere, and now they play and play, run and run until they are both so tired. The are great buddies. She bites his paws and tries to jump all over him, it's pretty cute. We think this is her way of leveling out the playing field, since Maynard is so much bigger than her (for now.) She loves the back yard, and is trying to master fetching like her brother. We are also training her for our evening walks. Right now she still likes to bite the leash. Well, she pretty much like to bite/chew on everything. It's amazing how fast you forget about that part of the puppy stage. How soon you are reminded though. :) As much as she plays with Maynard and seems to be right there with him, she's very much her own dog. She is SO SMART, so content and real affectionate. She's truly a blessing and a warm welcome to the family.
Bernice is a wonderful puppy and we are so pleased and thankful that we came across your ad and was able to work this out.
Take Care,
Gary, Debi, Maynard and Bernice

"Gunner"
.jpg)
Hi there!
Here are some pictures of "Gunner" who was formerly known as "Red Boy". He is such a sweetheart and he's my very best bud...I really don't know what I would do without him!!! Thanks again and enjoy the pictures!!!
I've already taught him how to shake, sit, catch, and drop, though, if that counts?! ;) He gets a little hyper from time-to-time, but he's just an overall happy little guy! You'd actually laugh if you saw the two of us at night...I live by myself and use him as my snuggle-buddy most nights. I put my pillow at the head of the bed in the middle, and we each put our heads on the pillow facing each other. It's histarical!!! But then he starts to snore, so he usually gets up and resettles. :) He really doesn't bark a whole lot, unless he's startled by something, and he obeys on command so he really doesn't need a leash most of the time. I can't tell you how much he's brightened up my life...not only is he my best bud, but he's also the perfect alternative to my recent bad taste in men! ;) Thanks again Michelle!!!
